Celebrated MILF superstar Alexis Fawx walked away with two major wins at the 2025 XMA Creator Awards, solidifying her status as a powerhouse in adult content creation.

For the unique and creative spicy content she produces, Alexis Fawx was awarded MILF Premium Social Media Star of the Year. Her fiery and fan-favorite scene with Emma Rose earned Alexis a Trans Collab Clip of the Year trophy.
