Adult performer Loni Legend has been found safe following a brief but intense search that began when her belongings were discovered unattended on the sand at Venice Beach Pier in California.
30-year-old Loni Legend was reported missing on Wednesday, August 6, after her phone, shoes, wallet, and passport were found just after 8:30 p.m. The discovery triggered a multi-agency search involving the U.S. Coast Guard, Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Santa Monica lifeguards, and Los Angeles County Fire Department lifeguards. Efforts spanned air, sea, and shoreline as concern grew over her unexplained disappearance.
Late in the evening on August 7, friends and colleagues from the adult industry began reporting that she had been found and was safe and on her way back to Las Vegas, where she resides.
“Thank God they found Loni Elise. She’s safe and she’s heading back to Vegas,” industry personality James Bartholet said on FAcebook.
While the precise circumstances of her disappearance remain unclear, multiple people close to Loni Legend have confirmed they have spoken with her directly.
