The XMA Europa Awards, the headline event of XBIZ Amsterdam, have officially opened the pre-nomination process for their 2025 edition, introducing a host of new categories to reflect Europe’s dynamic and evolving adult industry.
Organizers announced that this year’s XMAs will include an expanded Creator branch, doubling the number of streamer and independent content creator categories compared to 2024. The new structure aims to honor excellence across a broader spectrum of creators, including trans performers, BBW, MILF, cosplayers, and standout duos.
The Movies & Production and Pleasure & Retail branches will also see category expansions designed to better reflect the diversity and innovation within the European market.
To qualify for nomination, performers must reside in Europe, and companies must have a base of operations within Europe. Content is eligible as long as it was shot in Europe, regardless of the parent company’s home country. Only material released between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025, will be considered.
Industry professionals can now submit pre-nominations via XBIZ.net, with the deadline set for June 30, 2025. Submissions should include digital media, marketing materials, and/or access credentials for evaluation.
The 2025 XMA Europa Awards ceremony will take place on September 4, concluding the annual XBIZ Amsterdam conference, which runs September 2–5.
The expanded scope of this year’s awards underscores the continued growth of the creator economy and Europe’s leading role in shaping the global adult entertainment landscape.
