Film School Friday: Teenage Lesbian

It's Pride month here in the US and XCritic celebrates that! So, we thought we'd do a film flashback Friday in honor of it. Sure, there are about a bazillion titles out there that celebrate gay, trans, and lesbian but there is one film we want you to focus on today, especially if you have never seen it. It was created a few years ago, 2019 to be exact, by Bree Mills and was critically acclaimed far and wide, earning multiple awards at multiple organizations. It's a coming-of-age tale in a way and is semi-autobiographical. It's not your average girl-on-girl disc and in fact, there are R-rated versions of it sans the sex available on the likes of Youtube but today we are focusing your attention on the whole story.
