Jewel DeNyle’s Breakfast Burrito

Superstar Jewel DeNyle is back with yet another quick and easy dish for our XCooking column. This one is also a goto of mine because otherwise, you just end up throwing out half of the tortillas you bought the other day! The beauty of breakfast burritos is that you can pretty much customize them with whatever other things are in your fridge but Jewel's recipe is the basis for pretty much all of them and they literally take like 2 minutes to make and they are totally portable so you can throw them in your lunch sack and take them to work!
