NightMoves 27: Nights To Remember

On Thursday, October  10^th, I arrived in Tampa in the early evening after my usual drive from Orlando to kick off the NightMoves Awards weekend. Nightfall then came to embrace the caravan that was convening for this momentous weekend of dancing stars and awarded personalities.  These familiar faces were to file in our caravan that met up at our centralized headquarters for the weekend, The Clarion Clearwater Hotel.  This meeting ground stood in the middle of a highway of strip clubs dotting that area of Tampa. This area became the playground for these dancing beauties such as Lauren Phillips, Emilly Addison, Carmen Valentina, Katie Sutra, Ari Parker, Christie Stevens, and Arietta Adams.  There were even more that met up with us in our traveling caravan of stars.

The roads we traveled together reached these special adult establishments in the Tampa area such as The Whiskey in Seminole FL, 2001 Odyssey The Next Generation Full Nude Club, Sinsations which was right across from our hotel, and finally 4Play gentlemen’s lounge. All of these clubs were in driving distance for the vans that took us to a different strip club every night. Then on Sunday of that weekend, one final club was the destination for the award show and invitational. Thee Manor was the location of the Showgirl Invitational, a first for the NightMoves Awards hosted by the energetic Kamden T. Rage. A stripper competition with the best of the best. They encompassed the feature dancing world competing for a $5,000 prize. The contestants that danced at this brand new club were Justice, Stacia Diana, Dinah Might, Blake Monroe, Shelby Doll, Janine Jericho, and last but definitely not least Sharzayn. Since she was the one to take the 5K grand prize! Sharzayn’s show was a sight to behold. It was gothic in nature and had darker tones to the theme. The perfect month to do such a morbid motif where her stage partner brought her to the stage as if she were a corpse to be brought back to life! Halloween came early that night.

In between all of this on that wonderful weekend was Fan Fest smack dab on a Saturday afternoon.  Where even more dancing and laughing from these beautiful babes that the adult industry brought upon us occured. And completely fresh faces that came to visit us. Tylee Texas comes to mind as memorbale smiling face that was new to me.  The cozy ballroom allowed everyone to get even closer to each other and a bikini contest took place for fans to be a part of this warming up.

The NightMoves Awards is Central Florida's only adult ceremony in the region and is also respected by the rest of the industry. It has been going on or 27 years with awards given out in a multitude of categories. It is one of the first award shows that allowed fan votes to dictate who wins an award from them. I should know since I used to be a fan myself until I met Paul and Tracy, the owners of NightMoves magazine, and joined the team. I used to only attend the Fan Fest driving from Orlando. I just recently attended my first award show back in 2017. The following year I became a team member since I was already an established reviewer in the scene, it only made sense that I am a part of NightMoves Magazine. Now I write special spotlight articles and have some reviews monthly for them in the magazine. I've also witnessed a slew of special moments since joining (like going on set to write articles). This year I saw Miles Long win a triple play award and Axel Braun took a ton of trophies with him, which is par for the course for the talented director. The Showgirl Invitational was very special since I’ve never seen anything like it before. NightMoves’ show always outdoes itself on a yearly basis. It is something I'll cherish as a fan that became an adult film insider. Since it brings the industry right to my backyard every year.
