Pineapple Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Atlantic Salmon
- Butter (about a stick)
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp. Paprika
Add butter, garlic salt and parika to small saucepan. Melt and set aside.

Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients:
- Diced Pineapple (about a cup)
- Roma tomatoes (about a cup)
- Diced Onion (about 1/2 cup)
- Lemon Juice (splash)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)
- Diced Jalapenos (to taste)
Place all in blender or food processor and puree until desired consistency is reached.

Pour butter mixture over salmon and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes. When it flakes, it's ready.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over rice and top with pineapple salsa.
