During our trip to the 2012 AEE we met so many interesting people that we just didn’t have time to sit down and talk to them at length. Instead, here’s a quickie recap of some of what they had to say to XCritic.
XCritic Columnist Chanel Preston
What do you want to say to your fans who will be reading this in XCritic.com?
I absolutely love my fans. I know every girl says that but I love meeting them. I love talking to them and I hope that they love my work and I try to do my best for them.
Why is XCritic the best place on the web to work at?
I love XCritic because they’ve actually been really amazing to me. They are always so friendly and amazing, and they’ve treated me very well. I’m very grateful for that.
XCritic Columnist Kayden Kross
Do you plan on continuing to write for XCritic?
I do. I’ve had a blog half-written for six months. [Laughs] It’s like five pages. I should just break it up and post a paragraph at a time. I feel bad. I do have stuff half-written.
I like that your blogs don’t come out regularly. It keeps me waiting and wanting to read your next entry.
Mine are longer than most girls too. I’ve noticed that for sure. Mine are real long.
Why is XCritic the premier adult news site?
It’s like one-stop shopping there. I love that you have the blogs from so many people from different parts of the industry because you get a whole view—even from outside the industry—you can still know how it works; just going there and you get the news on top of it. And you get reviews from opposite ends of the spectrum. On top of that you know what’s going on with each movie, what’s new and what’s fresh. I literally don’t go to any other site, and I always know come AVN time, I always know what everyone is talking about. I know all of it just from XCritic.
Lexi Belle
What’s the best part about being here at AVN?
The best part about AVN is the fans. There’s no other answer.
What were you nominated for this year?
I was nominated for four awards but the one I was most excited for is Performer of the Year.
What’s been your most memorable AVN experience?
Probably my very first one because I was very shocked and I didn’t know how to interact with my fans, stand and look pretty and do signings. So my first one was definitely shocking and I was very nervous. But now it’s easier.
Can you tell me about one of your hottest sex scenes ever?
My hottest sex scene actually just came out in Elegant Angel’s Massive Facials 4. I did a blow bang and it was really hot.
Is a gang bang next?
Maybe.
What does it take to make a really hot sex scene?
Passion and just a love for sex.
What do you want to say to your fans reading this in XCritic?
I love them. They already know that.
Breanne Benson
What do you love most about being here at AVN?
That’s a tough question. It’s fun to be with everybody in the industry because everyone is a lot of fun. We get to party together. You can see people outside of their work element. People are very different outside their work element. It’s very exciting just to be here and have a good time with everybody all at once.
Were you nominated for any awards?
I was nominated for best oral scene.
What does it take to make a really hot sex scene?
It’s all about chemistry. You can do a scene with a guy you think is hot or a girl that is hot but if there’s no chemistry there’s nothing going on. You can do a scene with someone you’re not necessarily, sexually attracted to but you could have sexually chemistry with them. People don’t understand the difference. There’s a difference between being attracted to someone and being sexually attracted to someone.
What was one of your hottest sex scenes ever?
I’ve done quite a few it’s hard to remember. There’s the blowjob scene I was nominated for. It’s me, Allie Haze and Kagney Linn Karter, and it was with Mike Adriano and it was probably the nastiest blowjob scene I’ve ever done in my life. We put a bowl underneath us to see how far our saliva would get. That definitely stands out. I’ve done a lot of fun scenes with so many people.
What would you like to say to your fans?
My fans know I love them. I don’t really need to tell them again. I love them.
Mr. Pete
What female performer brings out your best?
Alexis Texas, Kristina Rose, Asa Akira, girls like that. I have to name a few.
In your 11-year-career who were some of your favorite performers you worked with that are no longer around?
I worked with Taylor St. Claire once. I thought she was awesome before I got into the business. So to work with her was a fantasy come true. That was pretty cool. Tiffany Mynx I’d have to say. It was great.
I remember a scene you did with Jeannie Pepper where you admitted to her you used to watch her videos when you were a kid. Was that also a dream come true for you?
It was. I did this movie called Momma Knows Best, and basically what I wanted to do was to bring back all the legends that I watched as a kid so I wanted to get all these girls back in one movie. I had Nina Hartley, Jeannie Pepper, Janet Jacme, Midori, a couple of other girls.
Is there a performer from the past you want to bring back?
I’d like Belladonna to work full-time. I want to bring her back full-time. She is great.
