Spotlight Title: Kill Girl Kill 3

Her scene here is with James Deen, and it's a sexy one-on-one encounter that takes place on a couch, with Joanna dressed in some sexy black fishnets and boots that really show off her nicely-defined legs.

Tying someone up or getting tied up is a pretty common fantasy. Highlights Of The Week

This week had two "second looks" at top notch movies, the beautiful Pirates: Collector's Edition and the hilarious, extras packed Camp Cuddly Pines Powertool Massacre: 3 Disc Extravaganza. Each 3 disc set was so impressive on so many levels that we commissioned our resident professor of porn, Don Houston, to examine them both. Jesse Jane and Carmen Luvana pitted against Stormy Daniels and Jessica Drake for the top honors of the year sounds like a dream come true but Don found out they had hours of extras to watch and listen to so you'll understand if he doesn't answer your calls for a few days. Each will compete for various awards but deciding which is better will require extensive research so look for a detailed compare and contrast feature in next week's Blue Room to show the relative merits of the strongest offerings of the year.

Vivid also chimed in with some quality offerings with the latest release from new director B. Skow, Circus, an homage to Cafe Flesh with a future where sex is legislated out of existence except to procreate as well as new contract star Lanny Barby's chance to impress, and Zipless, the star vehicle for contract performer Mercedez to strut her stuff to full advantage.

Director Jules Jordan is like many of us; a devotee to the round, fleshy ass of hot porn chicks. This is why we so patiently waited for his latest movie, Ass Worship 8; figuring that he'd finish it when it was ready. He assembled another wonderful cast for fans to appreciate and while it may not be the best offering he has given us this year, consider the competition of his own movies to be the ultimate challenge. If you like them "real thick and juicy", you'll be craving a bit of worship yourself.

Jules wasn't the only director from Evil Angel on our radar this month though. Foreign born Christoph Clark also came through with some great smut to titillate your libido with Beautiful Girls 20, the latest in a series devoted not only to gals willing to do it all but with the looks that would keep them from having to if they weren't into the action. There was a nice mix of foreign and domestic bred hotties this time with Tiffany Mynx and Sativa Rose leading the charge with their incredible performances.

Also from Evil Angel was the master himself, John "Buttman" Stagliano, with an experimental release that had only a single scene of pure gonzo bliss, Buttman's Ass Adoro. Rather than dilute the action into numerous scenes with a variety of performers, Buttman gambled that fans would appreciate healthy amounts of tease and the kind of scene that strayed from a formula in order to give the cast of three a chance to fully explore one another.

Wicked Pictures was on a roll too because in addition to their flagship title of the year mentioned above, they also had Eternity: 2 Disc Collector's Set; a period drama where director Brad Armstrong offered up what would be considered as a very impressive hit were it not for the handful of mega-titles released at the same time, Sold, a minor selection of heated fantasies starring the lovely Jessica Drake, and Second Thoughts, Stormy Daniels' latest release where she stays behind the camera to tell a tale of a potential bride to be thinking she may be making a mistake.

Anabolic seemed to be competing with Evil Angel for top interracial title of the week with Women of Color 10 going toe to toe with Justin Slayer's Big Titty White Girls. Both movies had the kind of action many fans want although Justin had the edge if you want to see black men tearing into white women instead of a diverse selection as Sal Genoa offered with Women.

Exquisite offered up a selection of youthful gals that reviewer Rob Randell thought was well versed in the art of milking a nut in F-ing Teens 2, the sequel to the Jordan Septo classic. If you like 'em young, you'll appreciate this DVD a lot too.

Rounding out this week's picks were the Marc Dorcel release of Sandy (Pornochic 5) showcasing some of the best gals in European porn, the interesting change of pace, Re-Penetrator; an homage to the science fiction classic Reanimator, this time starring Joanna Angel as she bangs her way through the twisted script; and Erotica XXX: Best of Anal & DPs, a compilation of heated scenes where no hole goes untapped.

Titles We're Looking Forward To

While the original Dark Angels came out years ago, well before X Critic was reviewing porn, one of the most anticipated movies this week is the sequel, Dark Angels 2: Bloodline, by director Nic Andrews. Whether or not the movie can live up to the hype has yet to be determined but a cursory glance at other projects helmed by Nic seems to suggest a winner by any standard.

For fans that have seen it all and are looking for edgy sexuality, there's no doubt that movies like Strap Attack 1 and Strap Attack 2 were a new twist on the anal sex game for straight men. That's why one of the kinkier releases our reviewers are looking forward to is Strap Attack 3. We're not exactly sure why so many fans are buying the series but the heat from the stellar cast looks to be inevitable and probably gives new meaning to the phrase: "I'll only put the tip in."

Another series we're looking forward to seeing more of continues with Teen America 8, the latest in the value oriented series from Digital Playground. Volume 7 and Volume 6 were very entertaining and the series rating to date is among our highest with no volume getting rated less than Recommended. Think of the series as Jack's Playground on steroids due to the lengthier (and more hardcore) action and you'll understand why it's so appreciated.

With James Avalon's Darkside such a hit, a few of our reviewers have tried to call dibs on his latest piece of feature porn from Red Light District, Sex Pix. Those in the know have been surprised that the company known as the leader in gonzo could do so well with a story but hope that lightning will strike twice with this follow up project.

Overlooked Titles You May Have Missed

Fans of Latinas in action know the stereotypes and they also know the truth behind them. That's why reviewer Michael Vega found Wicked Picture's Caliente enough to make his blood boil. With an all star cast to make him go crazy with desire, he nearly gave it the highest rating on X Critic but give it a look and you'll probably be too busy to complain about the length, of the movie that is.

Another blast from the recent past would be Teen Tryouts 40, a title that reviewer Namrufmot said "You could tell right from the first scene (Yasmine) that this was going to be a quality release. Every girl is incredibly hot (and young), shows a lot of playfulness and enthusiasm, and enjoys fucking on camera." If that's not a reason to search this one out, nothing will convince you.

Disco Dirge has been reviewing with us for some time now and knows quality work when he sees it. That's why we stood up to see what was going on when he said the following about ProfessiAnals #8; "This two hour plus tour de force of foreign fuck and suck is simply sizzling." and "It's a treat to beat your meat to this terrific kind of carnality." Director Denis Marti seemed to be on the ball, both literally and figuratively, as he worked both sides of the camera on this one.

Those of you who've read Don Houston's reviews know that he looks for value with his infamous "fuck for the buck" quotient mentioned all too often to the chagrin of some companies. That's why he found Service Animals 20 so appealing; it had over 378 minutes of material, all at the usual price for a release by Evil Angel. The quality of the action wasn't an issue either as director Joey Silvera seemed to find some of the best pussy in porn to capture in action, most of whom had few limits to offend the public with. When quantity of the amount meets quality in kind, it's no wonder he broke down and awarded it our highest rating.

Last up is Rob Randell's review of Twisted Vision 2 where he used words like "fantastic", "steamy", and "exciting" to describe the scenes of the movie, especially liking Tory Lane and Nautica Thorn's scenes although finding plenty to enjoy with the others as well. If you're looking for point of view (POV) camera work and a diverse set of hotties to assist you in your quality time at home, check this one out. You won't be sorry!
