Women Want a “Take Charge” Guy Says Dr. Z

I first met Victoria Zdrok in the last 1990s. At the time she was known for being the Playboy Playmate for October 1994.

But to me, she was so much more. She speaks 7 or 8 languages, graduated college at 18 in the top 10% of her class, had a law degree, and at the time had a master's in clinical psychology. She would go on to get her Ph.D. in clinical psychology.

I had the pleasure of working with her on her very first website back when official websites were still a big thing.

In June of 2002 she was named Penthouse Pet of the Month, and in 2004 would become the Penthouse Pet of the Year. She is only the second-ever centerfold to be both a Playboy Playmate and a Penthouse Pet, the first being her friend Linn Thomas.

Recently she appeared on the Man School 202 Podcast to discuss how men can get the women they want.

"Women miss men pursuing them. They want someone who puts in some effort," Victoria said. "A lot of women tell me, it seems like I'm always in control, he wants me to make all decisions -- I have to plan the whole date, where we go for dinner, etc. I think women want a take-charge guy."

She went on to sum it up with words that rang true for so many women, "I think most women want a confident and decisive guy." I couldn't have said it better myself.
