Have you ever thought about a porn career? Apparently, 1 in 5 adults who live in the UK would be open to it if the money was right.
At the age of 19, Gemma Massey was working at a local grocery store in the small town of Tamworth in Britain, making just £5-an-hour when she was approached by a photographer. Within a few years, she was signed to a contract for Bluebird Films and became one of the UK's highest-paid porn stars.
Gemma Massey was the first woman from the UK to appear on the front page of Penthouse magazine. And her career has never been better. With the help of OnlyFans, Gemma makes more money per day than some people make an entire year.
Gemma Massey is not the only British babe who has an open mind when it comes to a career in adult entertainment.
Some 32% of those aged 18-34 that took part in the Savanta ComRes survey said they were tempted by the money they could make, and a third of all respondents agreed that pornography was now an acceptable part of modern society.
Researchers surveyed 2,087 individuals aged 18 and over across the country for the Naked Truth Project - a charity aiming to combat the damaging impacts of pornography. What they found, however, is that people today are far more open-minded when it comes to choosing a career that will enable them to support themselves and their families.
