Performer/director Casey Calvert stars in and directed her own scene in Adult Time's brand new solo masturbation series, Naked Yoga Life. Here is what Calvert had to say about this sensual series shot during the current quarantine situation.

Hello, Casey! How are you? How are you doing these days?
"I am doing about as well as can be expected these days. These sure are unusual times for all of us."

Congrats on starring in the new Adult Time series, Naked Yoga Life! How does it feel having it out there in the world?
"Thank you! I'm excited that it's out in the world, it was a super fun project to be a part of! I also want to thank Adult Time for giving me the opportunity to shoot during quarantine. I really sincerely appreciate it."

What do you love most about yoga? What types of yoga do you practice?
"My favorite thing about yoga is that it allows me to connect with my body in a really spiritual way. I practice Ashtanga yoga most of the time - I like the faster pace, and I like to sweat. But, when I want something different, I also really enjoy Yin yoga, and the super slow pace of movement. I find Ashtanga to be more of a workout, and Yin incredibly meditative."

Does doing yoga naked enhance your practice of it?
"Yes, definitely! I wish I could go to a yoga studio and practice naked! When practicing naked, nothing gets in the way of my connection with my body."

How did you decide on the routine you did in this scene? What made you choose these poses?
"I didn't really plan what I was going to do in advance for this scene. I decided I would do a basic sun salutation and see where my body wanted to go."

Your directorial work for Girlsway with Eli Cross has been great stuff. What do you love most about working for Adult Time/Girlsway?
"Thank you! I love working for Adult Time and Girlsway. Directing for Girlsway literally changed my life in so many ways, and I'm forever grateful."

Yoga is a great form of stress relief. What other kinds of stress relief are you practicing these days. We all definitely have been needing some.
"I've been baking, finishing puzzles, doing things that get me away from the internet and allow me to turn off my anxiety brain for a bit. Oh man, I wish I had a better answer for you. Maybe you have some ideas for me?"

COVID-19 has been one of the biggest challenges that porn has ever faced. How do you think that the industry is going to change from all of what has happened?
"I think it's too soon to tell. Right now, things still feel incredibly up in the air. Everyone has a different opinion about what is "right." It's hard to work in a business where social distancing is literally not possible. That being said, I think COVID-19 was the impetus for performers to realize that they have so much control over what they want to do. The industry as a whole can only benefit from that knowledge."

What else is coming up for you? What should fans be on the lookout for?
"Coming soon on Adult Time is Cougar Queen: A Tiger King Parody, directed by yours truly during quarantine. It's funny and quirky and hot all at the same time."

Is there anything that you would like to say to your fans here at Fleshbot?
