Bae Yong-Jun: “The Image”

Bae Yong-Jun is a wildly popular Korean actor whose "transformation from Gentleman to Muscleman" is chronicled in a new book of photographs, "The Image: Volume 1": imagine Jude Law suddenly turning into early career Arnold Schwarzenegger and you'll get some idea of the hoopla. Apparently, the newly muscular Bae owes his new look to a high-protein diet; if you need any incentive to stay away from those high-carb goodies this holiday season, look no further. (Assuming you like that rock-hard sculpted look, that is.)
