Since we started off yesterday's posts with a site to help you put on weight, the very least we could do is direct you towards one designed to help you take it off: Tess Sweet's sexy workout video is not only intended to help you "be a rockstar in bed", but also to "save the world" in the process. That's awfully ambitious for a video which reminds us of a more overdecorated Robin Byrd episode in some parts, but we're probably the last ones to criticize it: given that sitting around looking at porn ten hours a day has made us soft in all the wrong places, maybe we ought to give Tess and company a closer look.
