Claire Danes’ Disappearing Nipple?

We love the fact that our fellow bloggers know what we're looking for before we even start looking for it: no sooner had a few readers asked us about Claire Danes' bleached nipple on the cover of the new Vanity Fair than our friends at Goldenfiddle sent us a scan of the apparently doctored Annie Leibovitz photo, along with a helpful enlarged detail of the area in question. Even if it weren't for the clunky rubber stamp work, logic and physiology would dictate some sort of breast action should be visible—that is, unless Claire belongs to a new race of areola-lacking actresses which will someday visit doom upon one of Fleshbot's most valued sources of page views. (Come to think of it, we're now two for two in the nipple-slips-that-weren't department today ... let's hope this is just a temporary trend.)
