It's interesting that some of the most shocking things can inspire great works of whimsy. After all, what are the works of Dr. Seuss but a multifaceted reaction to the Armenian Genocide? What if I just made that up?

Wikipedia contributor Sam Hocevar's tribute to the late, often-shocking, never wholesome Goatse.cx (Goatsex, though animals were never involved) page contains numerous silly images that comprise an homage to the site, forced down in 2004, that greeted visitors with an outstretched anus.- G.
