Devoted fans of erotic photography may recognize Barney Cokeliss' work from the recent Taschen photo book "New Erotic Photography." He was just one of the many artists featured in that volume and now that we've taken a closer look at his online portfolio, we can see why he fit right in. His photos seem to tell a story that the audience is free to fill in the details for, with lots of dark and moody lighting, furtive sidelong glances, and a bevy of wistful models longing for ... something. Is it you? Be sure to check out his commercial and short film work, too—particularly "Tea," which is not specifically erotic, but has it own sexy appeal. (At least to us, but then we pretty much find erotic appeal in everything.)
