We love ourselves some oddities, and we have to say we're pretty fond of the sex as well. So TLC's new "Strange Sex" series—premiering this Sunday at 10 and 10:30pm—sounds like it's right up our alley.
From the press release:
A six-part series exploring all things sex. From a war veteran who only experiences pain during intercourse to a former Broadway star and sex educator who learned to "think" herself into having an orgasm, STRANGE SEX profiles mysterious conditions, unusual fetishes and the kinky science behind sexual attraction. With first hand accounts and commentary from medical professionals, each half-hour episode sends viewers on an unrestricted journey into an entirely new world of sex.
Throughout the series, STRANGE SEX highlights some of the most atypical sexual encounters, including a man who has a balloon fetish, a woman who tries to have an orgasm during childbirth for the second time, and a couple who welcomes another man into their relationship, sex life, and home. STRANGE SEX also features a candid interview with former Skid Row drummer Phil Varone. As a recovering sex addict who is fresh out of rehab, Varone is finally trying to leave his past behind to start fresh with a new girlfriend.
