“Big Breast Nurses 4” Put The T And A Back In Triage

Everybody knows big boobs are the best for nursing! Wait. Try that again. Uh, everybody thinks that doctors are the heroes of medicine, but the real credit is due to the women (and men) of the nursing staff.

It would have been nice to see a female doctor get involved with a Big Breast Nurse or maybe have a male nurse in a scene or two. Honestly though, complaints about gender equality are silly at this point. It's a porn flick called "Big Breast Nurses 4," and the formula is simple: have some busty chick in a skimpy nurse outfit blow her male accomplice all while spouting medical innuendos about tongue depressors and blood pressure and triage.

But we're not complaining! Most of the Big Breast Nurses manage to juggle the clinical and the clitical quite well. We must note: none do it as beautifully as Ava Devine.

You see, Dane Cross is about to have sex with his girlfriend, and since he's a virgin, he wants Nurse Ava to make sure his penis works properly. Dane is always a joy to watch, especially when he plays a timid virgin, but Ava really carries the scene. She narrates and explains the oral procedure between long sucks on Dane's dick:

Nyomi Banxxx does a marvelous job getting acquainted with the urology department via Cheyne Collins's massive wang, and Jessica Bangkok earns a promotion by outfucking the competition (Jessica moans and gasps like she has the hiccups, by the way). Both scenes are delightfully dirty in different ways.

The only downer in "Big Breast Nurses 4" is the scene between Bella Blaze and Jack Lawrence. Jack catches Bella masturbating in an exam room, but he just plays it cool and throws a bunch of technical jargon at her. He plays a doctor almost as well as he plays a cop (did we mention how often he plays a cop?) but his acting abilities seem to override his fucking prowess, and he strokes with an even, dull, joyless demeanor. Bella tries to dirty it up when she mounts Jack, but by the end of the scene, her energy is gone and she only lets out a few meek moans.

Still, we heartily recommend "Big Breast Nurses 4." It's every bit as sexy and exciting as having health insurance, but only a fraction of the cost!
