We may have listed "The Big C" as a long shot for summer TV nudity—but even a long shot is still in the race. And here we have Cynthia Nixon, topless and sexing in the first episode of season two, before the credits have even finished rolling!

Then again, this is Cynthia Nixon, who was a member of the "Sex and the City" posse (and isn't named Sarah Jessica Parker), so we're not that surprised to see that she's making that C stand for, uh....cahongas?

(Also: if Cynthia Nixon's character is pregnant, does that mean we'll get some visibly pregnant sex scenes later in the season? Please say yes, Showtime. please.)
