American Apparel’s Clothing Is Made To Dissolve

Say what you will about American Apparel, their clothing is pretty much designed to not be clothing. At best, it's fabric that turns you from naked to nude, and even then only for a little while.

And that's exactly what we need this summer. We're tired of clothing that acts like clothing! What we need is some stuff that falls apart fast because its name is held together by hyphens: bring us your Sexuali-Tees and Cotton Invisi-thongs! If it doesn't have a hyphen, it isn't hyphy.
