Sure, the actual Halloween is today, but everyone knows the cool kids have been getting their spook on since Friday (and for some, Wednesday or Thursday). Among these cool kids? Terry Richardson, who hit up a party this past weekend. Needless to say, at least one partygoer had a costume that incorporated bare breasts.
