In one scene, the evil slasher/creature thing appears in front of a couple making out in a car, and we assume that death is imminent. In another scene, a man stops choke-fucking his lover because he hears a sound—that's not too bad. Does the monster favor people who fuck with passion and pain? More importantly, would the monster have allowed them to finish?

We suspect that when you're dealing with an unstoppable killing machine, the best thing to do is ignore everything that isn't sex. It's like cartoon rules: you won't fall off the cliff if you don't look down. That is, if you keep banging your partner with fury, you won't be able to hear the twig snapping or window scratching that makes you say, "What was that?" because that's when you're dead.
