We don't have all the details right now, but it appears that former Page 3 girl/Miss Universe contestant/chronic shoreline stripper has gone topless in front of a pink background and beneath what looks like a white ladder.

And here we were thinking that she only went topless when she was at the beach! How wrong we were. God only knows what other places and objects she's been topless in/around. We can't offer more news as this story develops, but there's a big stash of these pictures at Leilani's fan site.
