And they totally took pictures of her panties as she was exciting a car. Amelia Lily, you're officially a British celebrity, congratulations.

We imagine that the British paparazzi all hang out in some Legion of Doom-looking place until alarms go off that tell them someone is exiting a cab with a short skirt.
