Miley Cyrus continues to work on her brand extension over multiple platforms while retaining its inherent integrity, which would be tarnished by anything square as clothing. So when she models a dress she makes sure that it is hanging almost off her body, exposing a hint of her true assets. That's money in the sperm bank! 

You can follow her business acumen on Instagram (link below), where she is showing investors that for her it's all about the bottom line. And business is good. You can almost see her bottom through the sheer fabric of her loose-fitting garment, and even better there's the side boob she offers as a dividend. The market likes that, it likes it a lot. 

Now I could spend all day, or at least another couple of minutes, flogging this weak metaphor, but my fingers hurt, and my wrists. In fact, my whole body is wrecked from excess. You know I'm talking about the kind of excess that a young fine thing like Miley demands of her fans. She may be a harsh mistress, but I don't care.
