We Could Be Living In The Last Days…

... Of Manhattan's Hustler Club. It looks as though the landmark 12th Avenue club will be gone before you know it. Maybe. 

According to XBIZ (link below), two dickhead real estate developers purchased the property with the intention of tearing it down.

Developers Jack Guttman and Steve Schwartz plan to tear down the gentlemen's club and about seven other adjacent buildings to make way for a 240,000-square-foot office property, according to the New York Daily News.

But the plan to tear down the structure is awaiting an announcement to name the anchor tenant of the building, which is proposed to attract TV and film tenants. But once that's done, the strip club's days would be numbered.

I hope it's another Guy's American Kitchen & Bar. You're starting to worry me, New York. You're a lot like Dan Aykroyd. You used to be a wild and crazy guy, obsessed with drugs and pussy. 

Now when you're not blowing a harmonica at the House of Blues, you're hocking your bathtub vodka or talking about how aliens are coming to take us all away. 

You're in dire need of some mojo New York. This new look doesn't suit you.
