Gillian Anderson Shines In Upcoming Season of “Hannibal”

O.M.G..  I can not fucking wait for "Hannibal" to come back on for its third season.  It starts back up on June 4th and we get to find out what exactly is going on in the world of Doctor Hannibal Lecter who is played just exquisitely well by Mads Mikkelsen.  Lecter has taken his former shrink/possible and now definite cannibalistic co-conspirator Gillian Anderson as his bride during their escape to Europe.  Check out her bare back here.  Wow, Anderson is so fucking lovely.  "Hannibal" is the right level of thoughtful/dreamy/really fucking creepy and I seriously can not get enough of this series.

At the end of season two, Lecter fled the country, leaving in his opulent kitchen a literal bloodbath consisting of three of the show's main characters and here, Anderson is shown as the dutiful, elegant wife to Lecter, serving up what is probably human remains for dinner to someone.  We do not get to know who dies--if anyone dies--in that kitchen massacre but we do get to see some network TV-sanctioned nudity of Anderson and I am heartily all for that.

Seriously, get caught up on "Hannibal" and be ready for it to debut in June.  It's fucking great.
