Have you ever read the excellent Canadian horror magazine Rue Morgue? Well, you really should check it out if you are a hardcore horror movie/TV fan. I never miss an issue. The current issue's cover story is a big preview of the upcoming third season of one of my fave TV shows "Hannibal" with interviews with the series' creator Bryan Fuller, series composer Brian Reitzell and an interview with Hannibal himself/Maxine Arc's dream date Mads Mikkelsen.
In the issue, Fuller shares a decent amount about the upcoming season without spoiling too much and the juiciest bit that you all will enjoy and look forward to is that the character of Margot Verger (played by Katharine Isabelle and shown above in her undies during season two) finally gets down to some lesbian antics onscreen this season. You see, the Margot Verger character is a lesbian in the original Hannibal stories but we have yet to see Verger come out of the creepy closet she has been hanging out in.
Fuller describes the simulated for network TV lesbian sex scene as "surreal, erotic and kaleidoscopic". Oh, I so want in. Unfortunately, we all still have to wait until June 4th. That is still too far away, damn it! Here is the trailer for the show again. I really can't fucking wait.
