Here Are Some Nude Dancers Like You Have Never Seen Before

The Nude Body Can Be So Stunning

Most people hate having their picture taken while dancing because it’s always at that moment when you look like you’re being electrocuted while trying to hook up a car stereo. That’s why we should all leave the taking of pictures while dancing to the professionals, like photographer Shinichi Maruyama. Maruyama created some quite incredible images of nude dancers.  

It's not your typically nude dancer photo—you can’t really see too much, but you can get a real sense of the beauty of dancing, or as Maruyama puts it:  

“I tried to capture the beauty of both the human body’s figure and its motion. The figure in the image, which is formed into something similar to a sculpture, is created by combining 10,000 individual photographs of a dancer. By putting together uninterrupted individual moments, the resulting image as a whole will appear to be something different from what actually exists. With regard to these two viewpoints, a connection can be made to a human being’s perception of presence in life.”  

Sometimes a nude photo, even if it appears to be blurry or not showing a ton, can really show us the beauty of our bodies. Though, even if you took 100 pictures of me dancing, it would never come out look like this. It’s one of the many reasons I don’t dance.
