"I suppose that I was the girl next door with a secret wild side. I never got in trouble even though I definitely broke some rules. I had a good girl side. I was involved in choirs, drama, competitive speech, dance, French club, key club, treasurer of the arts club and I graduated in the top twenty-five in my class. No one knew that on the weekends I was getting stoned and doing dumb things in the woods and corn fields. Well, no one except my stoner friends. I was also a feminist from an early age which was not accepted well in the Midwest. I had a terrible high school boyfriend who cheated on me many times, lied, manipulated, but was so good with words that a few months after I broke up with him, I would somehow be back together with him, with his promises of better behavior. (Spoiler alert: it never got better.) I dated a couple of guys while we were broken up, usually these sort of social outcasts with weird sense of humor. I noticed that I was also really attracted to girls, but that was a big no-no where I was from so I kept it inside."

Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?

"That high school boyfriend first exposed me to porn when I was sixteen and it was such a relief to see un-photoshopped women! I realized that these parts of my body that I had shame over were natural. I don't remember having any favorite porn stars then, but now I have so many favorite porn stars, my friends! "It's completely changed my life! I used to be harshly made fun of for my body hair all through growing up and now to have people who love it? It's amazing to be loved for being your authentic self. It has helped me love myself and my body, which is one of the greatest gifts."

"For literally all of history, women did not shave their body hair until the early 1900's. "Right now it is summer, and the beach is a lovely fifteen minute walk from my house. I love to swim in the lake, even though it's pretty chilly, but I'm from tough Midwestern stock so it's fine once you get acclimated. I like to dance, box, go to baseball games, especially minor leagues, and get creative in the kitchen. I inherited from my grandma a special love of feeding people delicious food. I think I must have been a French chef in a past life because people tell me that I'm a 'sauce genius'. I really want to go horseback riding this summer."

What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?

"I thought I would hate the movie Deadpool. What I didn't realize is that Deadpool is one of my "types," such an off-beat sense of humor but in the best way. I have watched the scene where he meets Vanessa at least five times."

How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?
