AnnieBella69 Arrested in Florida After Posting Pee Videos Online

You may have heard the story about the girl in Florida who got caught making pee videos in an Airbnb after she posted those videos online.

Well, we found out who she is. And you won't believe just how bad some of the videos are.

The 31-year-old Florida woman has been arrested after authorities say she caused thousands of dollars in damage to two Airbnb properties in Pensacola, allegedly filming the acts and posting the footage online for profit.

According to police reports, Nicolette Keough was taken into custody on March 15 and charged with two counts of felony criminal mischief. Investigators allege that she recorded herself urinating on furniture and household items inside the rental units, then uploaded the videos to adult content platforms.

The case came to light after a Pensacola property owner reported suspicious activity through the Airbnb app. Court documents indicate the owner later discovered videos matching the incidents posted on an adult website.

“There was a young lady inside making money in a very unusual way that damaged somebody else’s property,” Pensacola police officer Mike Wood said in a statement.

Authorities said the damage totaled more than $5,000 across both properties. In one unit, nearly $4,000 worth of items were reportedly destroyed, while an additional $1,374 in damage was recorded in the second location. Items listed in the police report include a television, record player, coffee maker, bedding, rugs, chairs, and an electric fireplace. An antique chair and typewriter were also among the damaged property.

The homeowner reported that many of the items had a strong odor and had to be replaced entirely.

Nicolette Keough was booked into jail and later released on bond. When the news first went viral, nobody identified who she was. Further investigation has linked the arrest reports to an online persona known as “AnnieBella69,” who has accounts on the subscription-based platform Fansly.

AllieBella69 appears to have had her OnlyFans and ManyVids accounts shut down, no doubt due to the nature of the content she was making.

On Fansly, she marketed explicit content and described herself using branding tied to fetish material.

The monetization of such content has drawn attention to broader questions about platform moderation and legal boundaries within the adult industry.

Urination videos are not automatically illegal, but they are legally risky because they are more likely to be interpreted as “patently offensive” under the Miller test. That risk leads to bans, enforcement actions, and, in some cases, criminal charges when prosecutors decide the threshold has been crossed.

While adult content is legal in the United States, it exists within limits defined by federal obscenity laws. Material can be deemed illegal if it is considered “patently offensive” under the legal standards established by the Supreme Court.

Content involving bodily fluids has historically faced stricter scrutiny and is often prohibited on major platforms. Many large adult websites enforce bans on such material not only due to legal concerns but also because of financial restrictions imposed by payment processors.

Platforms such as OnlyFans, Pornhub, and others have tightened content policies in recent years under pressure from companies like Visa and Mastercard. These financial institutions impose compliance standards that often go beyond federal law, requiring platforms to remove or restrict certain categories of content to maintain payment processing capabilities.

The adult industry has increasingly faced enforcement actions tied to content moderation failures. Pornhub’s parent company, Aylo, recently entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with U.S. authorities, agreeing to pay millions in penalties and submit to independent monitoring of its compliance systems.

As part of that agreement, the company must strengthen content screening, improve response procedures for illegal material, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

But back to the Airbnb urination videos ... at present, AllieBella69 faces criminal mischief charges related to property damage. However, legal experts note that additional charges could be considered depending on the outcome of the investigation.

If authorities determine that the content meets the legal definition of obscenity, further prosecution could follow. That determination would depend on how the material is evaluated under federal standards. Obscenity prosecutions are rare but not unheard of. Ira Isaacs was sentenced to over 4 years in prison in 2012. Rob Black and his wife from Extreme Associates were also charged with obscenity and spent time in prison. Max Hardcore was convicted of 10 counts of obscenity and sentenced to 46 months in prison.

Adult performer Lisa Lipps, who is also from Florida, was arrested in Florida in connection with the sale and distribution of DVDs that authorities alleged were obscene under state law.

For now, AnnieBella69 only faces the two counts of felony criminal mischief, so we'll have to wait and see what else comes up.

It also remains to be seen if Fansly, the platform she is posting these videos to, or the billing company CCBILL, will be a part of the ongoing criminal investigation into the AnnieBella69 case.
