Let’s start with a few basics. Name? Age? Hometown? Profession?
Mike Monroe. I’m 25, originally from Amarillo, Texas, and I work as an adult performer and content creator. As far as relationships, I’d say I’m open to something real, but I’m also very focused on building the life I see for myself right now.

How did you create your stage name?
The name was inspired by Marilyn Monroe. I’ve always been drawn to iconic figures—people who have a presence that stays with you. Marilyn really embodied that balance of mystery, glamour, and performance. I wanted something that carried a bit of that same timeless energy, but still felt grounded and masculine. ‘Mike Monroe’ just clicked. Over time, it stopped feeling like something I chose and more like something I grew into.
Could you tell us about your background? What was your upbringing like? When did you come out?
I come from a pretty normal background, but I think what shaped me the most was learning early on how fragile life can be. That perspective changes the way you move—you start valuing time, people, and experiences in a deeper way.
Coming out was part of stepping into that mindset more fully. It wasn’t about becoming someone new; it was about finally allowing myself to be seen for who I already was.

What inspired you to begin a career in adult entertainment?
It started with curiosity, but it became something much more intentional. I’ve always been comfortable with my sexuality, but what drew me in was the idea of expression and performance. This industry is one of the few places where those things fully exist together.
At a certain point, I realized I didn’t want to live a life where I held parts of myself back. I’d rather take the risk of being seen than wonder ‘what if.’ That’s really what pushed me to step into it.
Studio Work vs OnlyFans? Any Preference?
They’re very different, but I think they complement each other. Studio work is more structured and collaborative—you’re part of a bigger production with a clear vision. OnlyFans is more personal and creative. It’s where I have full control and can connect directly with my audience.
I don’t really see it as choosing one over the other. One builds the performance, the other builds the connection.

What do you most want to achieve in this industry?
I want to build something that lasts. This industry moves quickly, and a lot of people treat it like something temporary, but I’ve always approached it with a long-term mindset.
I want Mike Monroe to be a name people recognize and associate with a certain energy. Not just someone who was there, but someone who created a presence people remember.
Tell us about yourself outside of porn.
Outside of work, I’m very into fitness—it keeps me disciplined and grounded. I also love music, traveling, and going to festivals. There’s something about that environment that feels very free and expressive, and I think that energy carries into what I do.
Spending time with friends and experiencing new things is really important to me, too. It keeps me balanced.

Who is the real Mike?
The real Mike is a lot more introspective than people might expect. I’m someone who thinks deeply about where I’m going and what I’m building.
Mike Monroe is an extension of that—it’s just amplified. It’s the version of me that’s fully confident, expressive, and unapologetic
How do you define a true porn star?
A true porn star is someone who creates a presence people remember. It’s not just about what they do, it’s about how they make people feel. It’s confidence, consistency, and the ability to bring something unique every time.

Is Mike Monroe going to become one? How?
I believe I’m on that path. For me, it comes down to consistency, intention, and continuing to evolve. I’m not trying to rush it; I’m focused on building something that grows over time. I think when you stay authentic and committed, people notice.
