With all of the medical studies out there trying to cure cancer, advance our health, and increase our expected lifespan, there are other studies that are truly doing the lord's work. A new study, organized by Bespoke Surgical, details the average size of dicks per state. Now we have to move. LOL.

Big dicks and the talk around dick size come with a lot of anxiety. Porn has taught us that bigger is better when it comes to dicks. Even in society, guys with big dicks are seen as better. But, in actuality, can anyone really handle a big dick? Also, with everyone lying about their dick size, can we really determine what is average? The truth is, guys with big dicks are a rarity, and the average size of a dick is much smaller than you would think. There's no reason to be anxious about what you are packing; chances are, you are just like the many guys running around on Grindr. And, in the bedroom, bigger isn't always better...we've learned that the hard way.

This dick size study was performed using data from 3,000 adults. Before we get to the states with the biggest dicks, let's look at some other interesting findings.

Men reported the average erect penis length to be 6.34 inches. However, 67% of men overestimate the size of their penis. The British Journal of Urology International pooled dick length info from over 17 different research studies, showing the average length of an erect dick in the world was 5.16. So either the American men are just more hung, or they are more likely to exaggerate size. Hmmmm. We are on Grindr and Sniffies often, and we know about men lying about their dick size. Dude, we are going to see it eventually. Why lie? 60% of the respondents in the Bespoke survey stated that girth is more important than length. The study also showed that most of the people surveyed declared that things like an emotional connection, compatibility, and chemistry matter more than how big a dick is.

You go, Iowa! All those hot farmer guys hiding massive hogs in their overalls. We need to add Iowa to our travel list. Iowa men also make up the highest population of growers: 3.37″ (flaccid) → 7.13″ (erect) = +3.76 inches.

Another interesting fact from the study. 47% of gay men said their penis size affects their confidence in approaching a partner, as opposed to 36% of straight men. Yes, we know that gay culture puts big dicks on a pedestal.
