Canadian actor Avan Jogia has been on the scene for quite a while now. He's done a bit of everything, but has really become an indie star as of late. He had roles on iCarly and ABC's Twisted, as well as giving us some hot, gay, steamy kissing scenes in Now Apocalypse. Men and women swoon over this guy, and his Instagram following is over 3 million.

For his latest project, 56 Days, he had to get into prime shape because of his nude scenes. He shared a very candid post on Instagram, talking about the reality of his diet and the effort it takes to look "hot" on camera. The show is a crime drama on Amazon that centers around a couple who meet at a supermarket, entering into an intense, quick relationship that may or may not end in murder. Oh, the intrigue!
