Many adult performers check a demographic box or two (muscle boy, military, Latino, etc), and that seems to be enough to make them a familiar presence in the industry. Then there are those precious few performers who check so many boxes that there is no way they won't achieve superstardom. One who has done just that is the smolderingly sexy Siren Santiago. In just a couple of years, this Puerto Rican powerhouse has achieved a presence at all the major studios and garnered multiple awards and nominations. These achievements are even more impressive when you learn Siren's amazing backstory. From a humble beginning with a not always accepting family in Puerto Rico, to serving for the U.S. Army in Afghanistan, to becoming one of the biggest names in the business, Siren's story is absolutely epic. Fleshbot is honored to be the one to share it.

Let's start with a few basics: Name? Age? Hometown? Occupation? Relationship status?
Haha, alright! Well, hello, everyone. My name is Siren Santiago. I am 30 years old. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and then later moved to Orlando, Florida. I am an army veteran who is now (I like to call myself) a supermodel pornstar. I do modeling for different brands and have worked with several porn studios. I am currently single and not available for either romantic or sexual relationships at the moment. I am okay with myself and loving myself. I am on a self-loving journey.
How did you create your stage name?
My stage name is kind of interesting. A lot of times in my life, I had been called a "Sex Siren.” I used to be named “Baby Boy,” but that wasn’t sufficient for me and the venture I was about to begin. Siren kinda just came back and has stuck with me. I asked myself if Siren was even a good first name, but after a while, I didn’t care since I’d heard so many other interesting names in the industry. I also chose Siren because I was born by the coast of Puerto Rico, and it’s been said that Sirens used to be a thing there. Also, I just find myself pretty alluring and seductive, so it was perfect! Let’s go with that. I definitely wanted to keep my Spanish roots with me, so Santiago had a perfect little ring to it.
“Siren Santiago,” sounds smooth, right?!

Could you tell us about your background?
Absolutely! As I mentioned before, I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Mayagüez, specifically. Raised in Aguadilla. I am the oldest, with two younger sisters, so I was the only boy in my family. At age 11, I moved to Clermont, Florida. I did most of my later schooling there, except for college. I was also in the Army for four years. I deployed to Afghanistan in my last year. I was Airborne, so I jumped out of a few planes here and there. From there, I moved to Los Angeles, which I always wanted to live in and experience ever since I was younger.
When did you come out? Was your family supportive?
I think a lot of us wish for our families to be supportive, but unfortunately, being Caribbean/Hispanic, that was not the case for me. I came out very early. When I was 13, I came out to my stepdad first. Later that same day, my father brought it up to my mother. I had to face a pretty harsh few years waiting for her and my family to fully accept me. I don’t want to go into much detail about it, but I had to go through a lot of self-searching and therapy due to the experiences I was put through, all because of my differences with my family. But by taking the leap first, it inspired my other siblings to be open and also come out to my parents later on. Thankfully, they didn’t face the same hardships I did. I had already broken the ice for them to know about having a gay child in their life.
It was not in any way pretty, but my family and I have come a long way. They have even accepted me doing porn! I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed than I am now.
Could you tell us about your time in the military? How did it shape you?
I think what the military really did for me was give me a steppingstone. I learned so much. I was able to experience things that most people wouldn’t necessarily experience in their everyday lives. It showed me discipline, empowerment, proper decision-making, leadership, and just how to carry myself as an individual.
What brought you to Los Angeles?
As a child, I always wanted to live in Los Angeles and become a model. After finishing with the military and being stationed in Alaska, I thought it would be amazing to just fly to California and live in LA. I took a short vacation there, and I ended up doing a lot of photo shoots. Other great opportunities and experiences started to come, and it felt like it was a calling. I took the risk and moved to LA.

When and why did you begin creating content?
I began making content about 2 1/2 years ago. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone, break out of the conservative background that I grew up in, and just experience some growth and empowerment. So yeah, here we are! haha
What about studio work? Do you have a preference?
I enjoy studio work a lot more, only because I don’t have to go out of my way to arrange the collabs. It’s already all set up for me. There’s already a vision, and I love to bring those visions of the director to life. I also like OnlyFans because that’s when I am able to step into my own creative mind and the other people’s creative mindsets and bring something beautiful to life.
Do you think your military background has helped you in any way in navigating the sex industry?
I would say yes. It has definitely helped me be professional in regard to how I move and choose what I decide to do for myself. It has given me the discipline to stay sovereign and discerning in my decisions and not fall into any crisis or drama.

You are taking your work very seriously and with a deep sincerity. Why does this work mean so much to you?
I think everything I put my mind to, I take pretty seriously. I try to make it mean something to me. If I don’t like it or I don’t enjoy it, then there’s not necessarily gonna be any reason to do it. I find enjoyment, pleasure, and happiness in creating something. That brings me joy and an overall sense of accomplishment.
What do you still want to achieve in the porn world? Scenes? Scene partners? Sexual activities?
Funny question! I don’t necessarily know what to say whenever I’m asked that. If it were like a fantasy or a dream scene that I would like to do, it would probably be a gang bang scene. That is something that is very challenging, that I haven’t done yet, and that shows me just being the main bottom. I usually get challenged with a lot of different scenarios and things that people have in mind. I just really try to give the project my all and bring it to existence. Thank you, Kink Men, for always expanding my limits! Haha
Tell us a little bit more about yourself outside of porn. Interests? Hobbies? Beliefs? Passions?
Outside of porn, I’m pretty chill and relaxed. I tend to keep to myself, unless I’m called out for something, and then I have to feel those things. I’m not a person who leans into hook-up culture. I usually save all my sexual energy for work, which is why I feel like I do such a good job! Ha ha! I enjoy going to the gym. I enjoy exploring the outdoors. I am a huge, huge skin care junkie, and I like being around my friends. Love to go out to certain parties and events. Also, some people don’t know, but I’m also a big gamer!
Who is the real Siren?
Siren is actually someone who I feel is a bit misunderstood and very much projected onto. I see Siren as my other identity, and very sexually forward. Open to new experiences, hungry for more, and some things are just never enough!
Outside of the projection field, Siren is very calm, spiritual, and grounded. I used to be more chaotic, but my experiences with people have contributed to my overall growth and confidence.

It sounds like you are a very spiritual and sensitive person. Again, how does this help (or maybe hurt) your role in the adult industry?
Yeah, I think I am. I actually learned a lot from Rocky Unleashed, and I am so grateful to him for teaching me such a different way of being. He gave me the knowledge that I carry now. I’ve always been pretty compassionate, thoughtful of others, and empathetic toward how they feel. But this helps because I’m able to connect a lot more to the partners I work with. It also reminds me just to focus on what is in front of me, instead of the surrounding energies that come from everything else. It has helped me to go slow with tapping into my nervous system and feeling what is correct and what is not correct.
How do you define a true "Porn Star"? Is Siren Santiago going to become one? How?
I’m not really sure how to define a true porn star. My idea is of someone open to new experiences. They absolutely enjoy what they do. They know what their fans enjoy about them. They absolutely just love the whole experience of sex, art, and creativity. The passion, the pleasure. They are confident with their choices and about who they are and their own sense of identity as a porn star.
I believe I already am a true porn star. I don’t find outside validation to tell me who I am. It’s more about just being so. I think that enough of my work has shown that I am pretty good at what I do. I enjoy the fact that I can look back and appreciate myself for all the work that I have done and so much more to come, as well! So, I will leave and allow everybody else to decide if I am a true porn star or not, but to me, I think I am.
What is your favorite thing about sex?
The experiences, of course! I love the intimacy, the passion, the intensity, the feeling of how certain people feel or make me feel inside of me. The pleasure of pleasing others. To seduce them. I also can’t deny that I love a huge load and dick that fills me up! haha.
