Is OnlyFans Next for Sydney Sweeney?

Fans of the curvaceous star have likely heard the buzz that in the next season of Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney’s character will become an OnlyFans creator.

Naturally, that has sparked a bigger question. Could the actress herself ever join the platform?

After all, Sweeney has leaned confidently into her sex appeal lately. First came the steamy jeans campaign. Now she has announced the launch of her very own lingerie brand. From the outside, OnlyFans might seem like the next logical step.

But that assumption misses the bigger picture.

Sydney Sweeney is officially entering the lingerie world with the launch of SYRN, pronounced “siren.” She shared the news on Instagram, revealing that the brand will debut this week. In the promotional photos, the Euphoria actress models several looks that showcase the collection's range.

SYRN is built around four different siren archetypes: seductress, romantic, playful, and comfy.

“The secret is finally out… say hello to @syrn. This is lingerie you wear for YOU. No explanation, no apology,” Sweeney wrote in her announcement. “SYRN is coming for you on 1.28. Sign up now for early access at SYRN.com. There’s so much more I can’t wait to show you.”

So why lingerie?

In a press release announcing the brand, Sweeney explained that her motivation came from personal experience.

“I was in the sixth grade with DDs. I hated the bra I had to wear,” she shared. “When I bought my first cute bra that actually fit, I wore it to pieces. Designing for different bodies is a huge part of SYRN.”
“I wanted to create a place where women can move between all the different versions of who we are,” Sweeney added. “I love working on cars, I go water skiing, I’ll dress up for the red carpet and then go home to snuggle my dogs. I’m not one thing. No woman is.”

While her lingerie brand embraces sexiness and her Euphoria character may explore life as an OnlyFans creator, that does not mean Sydney Sweeney herself is headed to the platform.

She clearly enjoys being playful and confident, but she is also a major Hollywood star with a thriving career and powerful connections (like billionaire Jeff Bezos). It is hard to imagine that she would ever need to join OnlyFans.

Maybe for a PR stunt for her new lingerie brand, but I wouldn't expect to see Sydney Sweeney nudes on OnlyFans anytime soon.
