Most men would be happy to have their ex-wife tell the world just how big their slong is, but apparently Matt Kalil isn't one of them.
Former NFL offensive tackle Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, influencer and model Haley Kalil (Haleyybaylee), alleging invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment following her viral comments about his genitalia during a livestream appearance late last year.
Court documents filed Tuesday allege that Kalil’s attempts to maintain a private life after retiring from professional football were derailed by what he describes as “invasive commentary” made by Kalil during a November 2025 appearance on streamer Marlon Lundgren Garcia’s online broadcast.

Matt married Haley on July 8, 2015, in Hawaii. The following year, they renewed their vows in a formal ceremony with friends and family to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of their marriage. The couple ultimately filed for divorce on May 4, 2022. Two years later (On April 13, 2024), he married model Heilani Asmus in a small ceremony in Las Vegas.
According to the complaint, Kalil publicly implied that the size of her former husband’s genitalia was a primary factor in their divorce and made graphic remarks about their sex life.
In the stream, which quickly circulated across social media platforms, Haleyybaylee compared her ex-husband’s anatomy to “two coke cans, maybe even a third,” and suggested that intimacy issues contributed to the end of their marriage.
The couple separated in 2022, with Kalil citing irreconcilable differences at the time of filing.
Kalil claims the comments subjected him to “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public,” while also exposing his family and current spouse to harassment.
He alleges that his new wife, Keilani Asmus, has received an increasing number of disturbing messages referencing the viral remarks. Screenshots of those messages were included in the lawsuit.
While most men would be happy to have their "bitter ex" (as he described her) tell the world he has a massive-sized penis, but that isn't the case with this guy. He's not actually suing her for defamation, though; instead, he's claiming the issue is a matter of violation of his personal privacy rights.
As a former NFL player, Kail will have reduced privacy protections under the law, especially when the speech relates to their public persona. Although the fact that he's maintained no social media presence since his NFL retirement may benefit his claim.
While Kalil says he and his family have been forced to endure the fallout, the lawsuit alleges that his ex-wife financially benefited from the viral clip's attention, with increased engagement, viewership, and monetization across social media platforms.
The suit seeks damages exceeding $75,000 and requests a jury trial. Matt Kalil accuses Haleyybaylee of publicly disclosing highly intimate and private facts about his physical body and sexual life, conduct he argues is protected from disclosure under privacy law.
Matt Kalil was selected fourth overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings and earned a Pro Bowl selection during his rookie season. He later played for the Carolina Panthers and the Houston Texans before retiring after the 2019 season. Since leaving football, he has largely remained out of the public spotlight, working in business ventures alongside his brother, former NFL center Ryan Kalil, including founding Celaya Tequila, a small-batch premium tequila.
The large penis controversy has continued to ripple beyond the lawsuit. Following the viral comments, adult webcam platform CamSoda publicly offered Kalil a $300,000 partnership to front a marketing campaign, an offer framed as an attempt to turn the situation into what the company described as “empowerment.”
Haley Kalil (haleyybaylee) is a massive social media influencer who has gone viral more times than I care to count. She has 9.4 million followers on Instagram, 16 million on TikTok, and another 8 million on YouTube.
She has not publicly commented on the lawsuit, but I'll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
