OnlyFans Star Annie Knight on Spending $62,000 to Feel Comfortable in Her Own Skin

Australian OnlyFans creator Annie Knight has opened up about the series of cosmetic procedures she says transformed both her appearance and her self-confidence, a journey that has cost her more than $62,000. She used to go by the stage name Annie Kate (anniekate78), but her legion of fans know and worship her by her social media name Annie Knight.

The OnlyFans star is reportedly earning more than $200,000 a month on the platform and has used her earnings to buy real estate, now owning four homes.

"It's great to have financial stability and to help those in my life who need support," she shared. "I'm truly thankful for that."

In a recent interview, the 28-year-old adult performer detailed how her first cosmetic enhancement, lip filler, in 2020 sparked a years-long process of surgical and non-surgical work.

“I had been so insecure about my really small lips since I was 10 years old,” she said. “That’s where it all began.”

Annie Knight said she later underwent preventative Botox and a breast augmentation two years later, spending about $10,000 on the surgery.

“I just had been wanting to have boobs my whole life,” she explained. “When I was younger, I kept asking my mom when they’d come — but they never did. So when I could finally afford it, I did it.”

Despite now earning an estimated $450,000 per month from her OnlyFans account, Annie Knight recalled that at the time, the breast procedure represented a major financial decision.

“It still was a huge financial commitment,” she said. “But it was what I wanted to do. And once I did it, I felt more like a woman — it made me way more confident.”

In the years since, Knight added chin filler, Invisalign, and a rhinoplasty that she described as her most expensive procedure.

The nose surgery, performed in Sydney, cost approximately $10,000, plus an additional $5,000 for accommodation during her two-week recovery.

“That was definitely the most expensive,” she said.

The adult influencer said her main insecurities had long centered around her nose, lips, teeth, and breast size.

“I can make these little tweaks and just make these little fixes, and it’ll hopefully make me way more confident,” she said. “And it totally did.”

Annie Knight, who gained viral attention after reportedly sleeping with 583 men in six hours for an adult project, said her procedures have made “a complete change” in how she sees herself.

“It’s actually crazy,” she said. “I can go out without makeup now and feel way more confident. The shape of my face just feels so much more cohesive.”

Reflecting on her transformation, Annie Knight said she doesn’t feel like she’s changed into someone else, just into a version of herself she’s more comfortable being.

“I look back at photos from two years ago, and I look so different,” she said. “But not different enough for it not to feel like me. I feel more me now than I did two years ago.”

Annie Knight has also been candid about her personal life, including her engagement to Henry Brayshaw, who she says fully supports her adult entertainment career. In an interview for 60 Minutes Australia, Brayshaw said the couple’s relationship is “like any other,” noting that “it doesn’t really affect me at all.”

Knight, who previously worked in marketing, said she found purpose and independence in building her OnlyFans brand.

“I was quite depressed,” she said. “Then I saw how much money other creators were making, and all of a sudden this spark ignited in me.”

Looking ahead, the couple plans to start a family in the future. For now, she said her focus is on maintaining her career and financial stability.

“When the time comes to have a baby, I want to be able to slow down and enjoy it,” she said.

“Hopefully by then, having an OnlyFans will be as normal as being a plumber.”
