Turns out, not all heroes wear clothes!
OnlyFans creator and model Sophie Rain has turned viral fame into a force for good, donating $121,000 of her September earnings to Feeding America, an amount she says will provide more than 1.2 million meals to families in need.
The 21-year-old Florida-based influencer shared the news on X, posting screenshots of her monthly payout and what appeared to be a thank-you letter from Casey Marsh, the Chief Development Officer of Feeding America.
Feeding America is a nationwide network of 200 food banks and 60,000 food pantries and programs that provide food and services to people facing hunger. For every dollar you give, the Feeding America network of food banks helps provide at least 10 meals.
Feeding America invests 98% of all cash and non-cash donations directly into programs and services that help millions of people facing hunger. Their website states that $1 = 10 meals.
“Thanks to you guys we were able to raise $121,000 on my OnlyFans to feed the homeless in America,” Rain wrote. “That’s 1,210,000 meals to families in need — couldn’t have done it without you guys!”
Sophie Rain’s screenshots showed $151,397 in gross earnings and just over $121,000 in net income — an 18.9 percent increase from the previous month.
The post quickly went viral, drawing praise across social media. “You are an angel from heaven!” one user commented, while another wrote, “Good job. All these people complaining probably do nothing to help anyone but themselves.”
“I Didn’t Want to Keep a Single Dollar”
In a follow-up statement, Rain said the donation was part of her personal campaign, #GoonForGood, launched in September for her birthday.
“I didn’t want to keep a single dollar of that money,” she said. “If I can turn attention from my content into food on someone’s plate, then I’m going to do it every time.”
Sophie Rain said the idea began as a 24-hour fundraising experiment on OnlyFans, but it quickly grew as fans joined in. “People who never even heard of OnlyFans before told me they donated too. That means something,” she added.
While Feeding America has not publicly confirmed the donation, the organization’s letter, shared by Sophie Rain, thanked her for her contribution and stated: “Your support drives our efforts as we work to achieve an America where everyone has dignified, equitable access to the food they need to thrive.”
This isn’t Sophie Rain’s first act of philanthropy. The content creator previously donated $1 million to a clean water initiative led by YouTuber MrBeast and has used her platform to advocate for charity work within the adult creator community.
“This wasn’t a stunt. It’s a model,” Rain said. “We make so much money in this industry — it’s time more of us did something useful with it.”
Sophie Rain, who identifies as a Christian, has also built a unique reputation on OnlyFans for maintaining firm personal boundaries. Despite earning nearly $83 million in her first year on the platform, she has never posted nude photos.
“I’ve never gone nude. I’m saving that for my husband,” Rain said in a previous interview. “It’s something I believe in, and I won’t compromise on it.”
Her approach has resonated with fans who admire her mix of faith, philanthropy, and financial success. Now one of OnlyFans’ highest-earning creators, she says her next goal is to reach $100 million in lifetime earnings — while continuing to give back.
“Some people called it weird. Some laughed,” Rain said. “But the result is 1.21 million meals. I’ll take that over their approval any day.”
