Dear Reader, how much sex is too much sex? For Aussie OnlyFans creator Annie Knight, the number might be 583 men, all in six hours; an event so over-the-top it shattered both Knight’s personal record (previously a humble 24 men in one day) and the internet’s willingness to comprehend how it actually happened.

The event took place on Sunday, May 18, with Knight confirming to Us Weekly that she’d received around 2,000 registrations, but ended up with exactly 583 participants, all of whom were required to wear condoms and matching pink balaclavas for anonymity. In a later video, Knight showed herself preparing the space, walking her dog ahead of the marathon, and making sure each man was anonymously geared up. Let’s just say the logistics alone likely required spreadsheets, sponges, and divine intervention.
But the real story started after the challenge, when Knight was hospitalized, bleeding, and undergoing blood tests to determine whether the damage was from the event itself or her underlying endometriosis.

Speaking candidly to Us Weekly in her May 20 interview, Knight, 28, didn’t hold back.
I’m not doing very well. I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge... It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.
Knight also posted a hospital selfie in a standard-issue blue gown with a caption that read:
I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body.
That might be the understatement of the year.
She later explained that the real complications likely stemmed from a combination of physical overexertion, hormone disruption, and the stress of organizing the entire event while simultaneously buying her dream house. Throw in chronic endometriosis, a condition known for triggering painful bleeding, heavy periods, and hormonal overload, and things understandably got intense.
Knight described her current state as “burnt out,” “exhausted,” and “in quite a lot of pain,” but noted that the prognosis looks good. Her recovery plan includes taking a week off, resting in the sun, and letting her body regroup.
Knight told Us Weekly she was “shocked by how easy” the challenge turned out to be, given that 24 men in one day had been her previous personal best.
Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot, so I was a little bit worried that I was gonna really struggle with it... But it was honestly fine.
In fact, she described the participants as “really great” and personally thanked many of them via direct message after the event. Not exactly your average group project, but Knight described it all as rewarding.
As you might imagine, reactions to the event ranged from supportive to deeply judgmental (especially toward the men who participated). Knight, however, pushed back hard against the hate. She said:
People seem to, like, get so uptight about it. At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex. God forbid, a man has sex. And I’m providing a service for free.
She added that criticism aimed at her male participants was especially frustrating.
“It really upsets me… I feel quite protective of them.”
And while she’s not surprised by the backlash, Knight is clear that her haters only help her brand.

Perhaps the most surprising part of Knight’s story isn’t the 583 bodies—it’s the one person who stood by her before, during, and after it all. Her fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, fully supported the challenge. Knight told Us Weekly:
He called me in the morning, wished me luck, said, 'Make us proud. Have fun. Be safe.'
They got engaged in March 2025, a week after a heart-to-heart in Cancun. While Knight’s job involves sleeping with other people for content, the couple defines their personal relationship as monogamous. Henry doesn’t participate. He doesn’t hook up with others. But he supports her doing so, because it’s “work for her… not desire.”
Annie also shared early boundaries they had around kissing, which she initially avoided out of respect. But after an open conversation, she said she felt comfortable kissing some participants “because that’s what they wanted,” and Henry was OK with it.
Unconventional? Absolutely. But the couple, who met working at a pub a decade ago, insists it works for them. She said:
A lot of people are like, ‘I don’t understand how this works.’ But we do. And that’s what’s important.
If anyone thought Annie Knight couldn’t cause more waves in an already saturated content climate, they were wrong and arguably a little boring. She continues to stretch every social, sexual, and emotional boundary the internet has to offer, racking up headlines and hospital bracelets like they’re brand deals.
But even when you’re ready for the challenge, your body might not be. And Knight seems to know that now. “I’ll definitely be OK,” she said. “I’m not letting this slow me down.” With a fiancé who cheers her on and a fanbase big enough to fill a stadium, she probably won’t have to.
