Who’s the most popular BOP in the BOP House?

POP CULTURE

What began last year as a business experiment by two young content creators has evolved into one of the most talked-about influencer collectives in the United States. The Bop House, a waterfront mansion in South Florida, has quickly become a symbol of how adult content creation and social media marketing intersect.

Founded by Sophie Rain, 20, and Aishah Sofey, 22, the Bop House serves as both a residence and a digital production hub for eight OnlyFans creators. In just over a month, the group’s TikTok following surpassed 1.3 million, and their collective reach across all social platforms now exceeds 33 million. The term "Bop" is short for “Baddie On Point,” a self-ascribed label the residents use to emphasize confidence and independence.

The creators maintain public-facing personas on Instagram and TikTok with PG content, dances, lifestyle snippets, and daily vlogs, but their primary income stems from premium adult content hosted on OnlyFans. According to internal estimates, the group earned $10 million in December 2024, with January 2025 revenue reportedly climbing to $15 million.

While the concept of influencer “collab houses” gained popularity in the late 2010s with ventures like Hype House and Team 10, the Bop House differentiates itself through its explicit focus on adult content. Members cite mutual promotion and shared infrastructure as core to their success.

The property itself is an 8,890-square-foot waterfront estate with a rooftop sundeck, private pool, and monthly rent reportedly exceeding $75,000. Residents film and cross-promote their OnlyFans content from within the house, using their social platforms to boost visibility and conversions.

The group’s rapid rise has not come without challenges. Increased visibility has led to unwanted attention, including incidents of fans arriving uninvited at the property.

“We were often woken up by people knocking at our door in the middle of the night,” Sophie Rain stated, prompting the group to hire private security.

To deter trespassers, residents have reportedly used furniture to barricade doors and, in some cases, draped banners from windows to warn against unauthorized entry. No criminal charges have been filed in relation to these incidents, though neighbors have expressed concerns over growing foot traffic near the gated home.

Former Playboy Mansion resident Holly Madison publicly compared the Bop House to the iconic estate, noting that, unlike the media-controlled environment of the past, Bop House residents manage their own brands and income streams. They set their own subscription rates, control their content schedules, and receive the majority of profits without traditional gatekeepers.

This model, however, has drawn criticism. Opponents argue that despite claims of autonomy, the Bop House is still built on a system that commodifies intimacy. Supporters counter that voluntary participation, earnings transparency, and direct creator control mark a significant shift in power dynamics.

With monthly earnings already in the eight-figure range and growing international interest, plans are reportedly underway to purchase a permanent property. “We’re not stopping anytime soon,” Rain said in a recent post. “This is our business, and we’re building it our way.”

As debates around sex work, digital fame, and creator autonomy continue, the Bop House remains a focal point in broader conversations about how Gen Z is reshaping online economies.

Whether viewed as entrepreneurs or entertainers, the residents of the Bop House represent a significant shift in how adult content is created, marketed, and consumed.
