It was really hard to write a recipe down because I usually just eyeball and taste test.
I have a low carb option for those with allergies or trying to watch their weight.
Use any meat you like.
This amount is for 2-4 people so add as needed.
Brown meat in a non-stick frying pan with seasoning and a little oil.
The low carb option is Trader Joe’s Jamaica slices.
Serve with whatever option for tortilla you like.
