Top-Rated Tuesday: Blue Moon Rising Part 2

The XCritic team sometimes has multiple people reviewing a movie in different ways. Sometimes we go scene by scene as episodes are released and watched, while another team member is concentrating on the disc as a whole. That is especially true with the "big gun" features that usually make their appearance in the fall, just in time for award nominations. Blue Moon Rising from MissaX is one of those.
