Angela White Talks Brazzers and Staying Wet

It was a windy night in LA when I touched down to get off my flight from Orlando. 'Twas the night before the XRCO Awards in porn's homeland of Los Angeles, California. As an X-Rated Critics Organization committee member, I like to be present during the ceremonial offering of trophies to an industry I hold dear. That is exactly what happened and I have the pictures to prove it. I also must express my utter gratitude for having Angela White in this industry. Thankfully my colleagues and fellow writers shared that same appreciation of the Australian industry giant.

But then shortly after, in true porn industry fashion, the fun didn't stop. I got wind of huge news about two larger-than-life adult brands meeting together for a contracted collaboration. The one and only Angela White, that was present herself at the XRCO Awards in honor of the ‘Personal Favorite’ accolade, announced an exclusive contract with Brazzers before the dust even settled after the celebratory event.

Angela White excitedly explained this to me while also reminding me she knows how much I love watching double penetration scenes (I make it obvious on social media). During our discussion, she reminded me that her signature AGW Entertainment would remain intact during this collaborative effort with the massive Mind Geek label.

As she revealed this empowering new deal I imagined the possibilities of all the explosively hot porno coming our way. October was Angela’s month, quite literally, as she was Penthouse’s Pet of The Month during it! A true treat if you’re a fan of anything Angela since having that issue of Penthouse with her on the cover is an instant collector’s item. To see her team up with one of the adult industry's most respected publications is something to be thankful for. I asked her about it and she told me just how much it meant to her to acquire such an achievement.

"It is very exciting for me to be a Penthouse Pet. Because when I was 18 and first entering the adult industry I created a list of things that I wanted to accomplish. Over the years that list has grown and changed but one of the original things I put on that list was to become a Penthouse Pet."

It was so awesome to hear how proud she was of such accomplishments. She has come a long way from her debut with the Score Group back at the start of her career. So I had to ask her what is the "secret" so to speak. How does she do it? Thankfully, Angela's heart is as big as her boobs, even bigger if you are lucky enough to spend time with her as I did at Knott’s Berry Farm the day after XRCO. There was a whole group of us so you can call it a field trip with adult film stars and a day I’ll never forget. When I asked her if she had any advice for up-and-coming performers that were looking to achieve goals of their own she was more than willing to share her insight.

“Have patience, and work hard because it takes a long time to build your brand. You don’t want to be a flash in the pan, you want to have a sustainable brand and a recognizable brand. That takes time to build so having expectations that you’re going to have all the recognition and the riches that you want having only performed for six months is unrealistic. You can make a lot of money in a short period and you can become quite popular in a short amount of time. But to have a brand that lasts, that sustains you, it takes a long time to build that. You need to have patience and just start grinding, get in the grind!"

So what does Angela White like to do to relax in between scorching a path in this industry? She likes to cool off by taking a dip! The Australian mermaid has an affinity for getting wet and expressed her excitement for what she loves to do when she’s not grinding, and that is staying soaked.

"I love swimming, any time I can get in the ocean. I love snorkeling even just swimming in my pool. It is something I find relaxing and soothing. I grew up on the beach in Australia so it reminds me of home. If I have time to make it out to Malibu it reminds me a lot of Australia. When I was in Hawaii that reminded me of Australia even more."

Angela White is in an era within herself in this industry. Porn historians will remember the positive mark she made on the industry with a body of work that is still growing today. The big Brazzers deal is evidence that the "AW Express" has no plans on stopping anytime soon. We still have an era of excellence to live through with Angela White's appreciated time in the adult industry.
