Welcome to August! This is about the time of year that studios start releasing some of their biggest and best works and XCritic always looks forward to seeing some of the best porn on the planet. This year though, we were caught off guard when the first shining star of the year wasn't a movie or vignette that earned our top rating. This time around it is a book about porn and working in the field. Written by Dr. Heather Berg, it's an insightful look into the world of porn, aptly titled Porn Work: Sex, Labor and Late Capitalism.
