This is a super tasty, super filling shake that I have probably about 2 or 3 times a week, and usually keeps me going till dinner. I promise it doesn’t taste like spinach! This also makes a pretty decent frozen dessert.
Ingredients
- ½ med avocado
- 1½ cup milk of your choice (I prefer cashew milk)
- 1 tblsp greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach
- Sweetener of choice
- Flavoring of choice (matcha powder / peppermint extract / chocolate chips / cacao nibs)
Directions
- Slice open avocado, remove pit, and scoop out half into blender.
- Add milk, greek yogurt, and spinach.
- Blend.
- Add sweetener, blend again.
- Flavor as you’d like – matcha will look and taste like a green tea latte, and peppermint plus cacao nibs tastes like mint chip ice cream.
- Blend one last time, pour into glass, and enjoy!
