Yesterday, we featured the XCritic Interview with Miss Britney Amber so I thought I'd follow that up with a recipe she sent us awhile back for our XCooking column. Since it is about 104F outside of my office window right now (it's 10am), a recipe like hers for green gazpacho sounds just about perfect! I'm not sure what your weather is like right now but between Britney's interview (and embedded photos) and her soup recipe, you should be pretty comfortable!
