Happy 4th of July

From the XCritic family to you: have a happy 4th of July. We know its a weird year - while we should be out watching money literally being turned to ash in a burst of color, most of us are stuck inside. All we can do is make the most of it. You can still head out to your backyard BBQ or grill (you've gotta be tired of takeout by now) or whip out some ribs in your electric pressure cooker (trust me those are great and super easy.)
