Brooklyn Snow’s Christmas Cookies

This recipe is courtesy of Brooklyn Snow and is just in time for Christmas! It's super simple, so no need to gather a ton of ingredients, you probably already have these things on hand!

Brooklyn says: "Ingredients: Creamy peanut butter, sugar, egg, Hershey kisses or mini peanut butter cups.

• 1 cup  Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1 cup  Sugar
• 1   Egg

Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.

Roll into teaspoon size balls and place on cookie sheet ( I line my cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup). Bake for 15-20 minutes. Just keep an eye on them and once you see them start to crack they are ready to take out of the oven. Don’t be fooled, cookies will harden ( I said hard haha ) as they cool. Immediately out of the oven slightly push Hershey kisses in the center or you can substitute the kisses for mini peanut butter cups. I usually do half and half.   Enjoy! Yummy!
